Fees

There are two fee types in the system, both of which flow to the Cork fee treasury.

1. Exercise Swap Fees: A fee in the Cork Pool to exercise swaps.

2. Repurchase Fee: A fee is taken on the Repurchase Mechanism.

The fees are configured individually for each Cork Pool at initialization. In some market configurations, the fees flowing to the fee treasury will be partially or fully redirected to Principal Token holders to adjust the underwriting economics.
